Creating Accounts

Having trouble creating an account?
User Name and Number Issues.

Situation: You have attempted to create an account to log in to the Church's website and an error message comes up saying try again with a new number. Try holding down the "Shift" key and clicking on Refresh in the tool bar up top. This should refresh your cache (memory) and allow you to proceed. Please let me know of your experience as you work through this.  Neal
